MedSci edit places a great deal of emphasis on security and confidentiality. We also impose on our editors strict guidelines with respect to confidentiality. All our editors must sign a confidentiality agreement in which it is clearly forbidden to use any of the work in other publications or research work, or to divulge the contents to third parties. We believe that these precautions will reduce to nil the risks of data pilfering and plagiarism during editing, or during data unloading or downloading, which unfortunately have become all too frequent in today’s electronic world.

MedSci considers any and all information related to its clients to be strictly confidential. All our employees and contractors have signed confidentiality agreements and will not make such information available to anyone outside MedSci, unless authorized in writing by the client. We respect the privacy of each of our clients; therefore, their personal information (name, address, e-mail address, contact number, etc.) will never be made available to any outside party. The documents that are sent to us as raw data for writing assignments or for editing will only be viewed by company officials and contractors.

MedSci reserves the right to retain information solely to resolve potential disputes. In addition, MedSci reserves the right to disclose confidential information (i) as mandated by law (ii) in connection with a court action brought by a client against MedSci or any of its agents, employees, officers, directors, or service providers and (iii) in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of MedSci, its users, or the public.

We are confident that our editing will improve your written English and guarantee the language quality of our edited manuscripts will meet the journals need. If your manuscript is rejected from publication for reasons of English alone, and we believe that you have made a good faith effort to incorporate our changes, we will re-edit your manuscript for free.

However, we cannot promise to re-edit manuscripts that undergo rewriting or much new writing has been added to the file we edited. For that reason, we suggest that you submit your manuscript to us in its final form, just before you send it to the journal. If you have made significant revisions to your manuscript and wish to have edited these again, it will be considered a re-edit and will receive a 20% discount off of another round of editing.
